Términos de servicio

Borrador.

Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Draft. This document is a working draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch. Items in brackets [ ] will be completed with the company's legal information.
1. What Bidxon is
Bidxon is an AI shopping agent operated by [company legal name] ("Bidxon"). It compares offers from stores and brands and recommends the one that suits you best, based on your request and your shopping profile.
2. Bidxon doesn't sell the products
When you decide to buy, you buy directly from the store. The store is the seller: it handles payment, shipping, delivery, exchanges, returns and warranty under its own policies. Bidxon helps you choose and can help you follow up if something goes wrong, but it is not a party to the purchase contract.
3. How recommendations are ranked
- Offers are ranked with the Bidxon Score, which considers how well they match your request, the effective price, delivery, quality, protection (for example, whether the seller is authorized by the brand) and your profile preferences.
- No store or brand can pay to improve its position.
- Bidxon may earn a commission when you buy through its links. That commission is never part of the calculation.
- Brands may offer discounts or perks exclusive to agents. They are applied to the price before the score is calculated, so an offer only moves up if you actually pay less or get more.
- Product launches are sponsored by the brand and are always labeled "Sponsored".
4. An agent with permission
Bidxon only acts on what you ask it to do: search, compare, save products, watch prices and notify you. It never accesses a store without authorization, it identifies itself as an agent, and it never asks for or stores your store passwords. Bidxon does not make purchases on your behalf in this version.
5. Accuracy of information
We do our best to show correct, up-to-date prices, availability and terms, but they can change at the store. Before you pay, check the final price and terms on the store's website.
6. Alerts and errands
You can ask Bidxon to watch a price or to find a product under a certain amount before a deadline. We will let you know when we find something that matches, but we can't guarantee that the price will drop, that the item will be in stock, or that the store will keep the offer.
7. Group buying
When a group fills up, the brand issues personal, single-use discount codes valid for the stated period. If the group doesn't fill up, nobody pays anything. The purchase is made at the store, under its terms.
8. Launches
Launches may have limited units and a start time. Tapping "Remind me" or "I want it!" is not a purchase or a guaranteed reservation; the purchase is made with the brand or store.
9. Your account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure. You can sign out or ask us to delete your account at any time.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Bidxon for illegal activities, to try to manipulate the ranking, to create fake accounts (for example, in group buying), or to scrape data automatically without authorization.
11. Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid Bidxon plan in the future, its billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will apply and will be shown before you subscribe. No paid plan changes the order of recommendations.
12. Limitation of liability
[Clause to be drafted by the lawyer according to the applicable jurisdiction.]
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
